Ca’ Chispita is an authentic Canarian country house, originally built at the beginning of the 20th century and carefully restored to preserve its original character while offering every modern comfort.
Its traditional stone and clay walls, wooden ceilings and charming south-facing porch reflect the island’s architectural heritage, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of character.
Surrounded by a private estate of more than 2,400 m², the property offers everything you need to relax at your own pace, including a heated swimming pool (24–26 °C all year round), landscaped gardens, fruit trees, a barbecue area and private parking.

Ca’ Chispita is located in the protected natural area of Pino Santo, close to the small village of La Milagrosa. The area is peaceful, surrounded by mountains and traditional farmland.
The village has a local restaurant, while the Los Alisios Shopping Centre, just 15 minutes away by car, offers supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, cinemas and a wide range of shops.
A car is recommended to reach the property and to explore Gran Canaria comfortably.
