The minimum standard stay is 5 nights. The prices in the table are for 1-2 people, and increases by 10€/night, per additional person, up to a maximum of 6 people. Children under 3 years old stay free of charge, two cots are available, they must be requested when booking. Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out at 15:00. This time can be flexible, previous agreement with the owners. If you are going to come with pets, you must indicate it in the reservation. The costs to cover the cleaning of the house are 60€ per stay.

Stays of 28 nights or more have a 20% discount.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 20% of the total stay is required.
The remaining 80% must be paid 5 days before the check-in date.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the guest will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.
In the event of early departure once the stay has begun, unused nights will not be refunded.
Whenever possible, we will try to offer a change of dates, subject to availability.

If the cancellation is due to unforeseen causes or force majeure on the part of Casa Rural Ca’ Chispita, the amount of the reservation will be refunded in full and the maximum effort will be made to find an alternative accommodation, if the client so wishes.

General rules

The house is maintained in good condition thanks to the work of many people and the care of each of its guests.

Please help us to keep it good condition just like you found it.

• The customer is solely responsible for closing the house when absent from it. At the end of the stay, if any damage has occurred, please, communicate it to be able to fix it or replace it.
• The people staying in our house must check-in through our booking system and prove their identity, these data are those required by current regulations and are sent to the General Directorate of the Civil Guard. The maximum allowed capacity of the house is of 6 people. Anyone who stays or make use of the facilities of the house, without the knowledge of the owners, will motivate the eviction in its entirety, without the right to a refund of any amount.
• The customer must respect the schedules of entry and exit stipulated or agreed with the owners, in principle these are:
  • The hours of entry and exit, unless otherwise agreed at 15:00 pm and 15:00 pm respectively.
• The accommodation will be solely and exclusively for the number of people indicated in the reservation. In case of non-compliance, the stay may be terminated without the right to claim or refund any amount.
• No parties or celebrations, so that, in case of non-compliance, the stay will be terminated without the right to reimbursement of any amount, regardless of the days pending the stay.
• We have claim sheets at your disposal.

The environment of Ca Chispita is ideal to take our pets, you can enjoy them as long as they respect some rules. Your dog is welcome to our house. In addition the area is ideal to walk with him.

• Dogs must be outside the house, being able to access the interior always accompanied by someone.
• They can’t get on sofas and beds.
• We advise you to bring their own bed.
• The house does not have food or equipment for your pet, we ask you to bring it with you.
• Pets are not allowed to bathe in the pool.
